Senior Salesforce Developer

  • Your job in a nutshell

You develop and manage Salesforce solutions, write clean Apex code, perform tests, participate in architecture discussions, and help design scalable solutions within an agile environment.

  • What are we doing it for?

You build reliable Salesforce platforms that support Jumbo’s internal and customer processes, enabling our teams to work efficiently and providing customers with an optimal experience. The goal is to become the friendliest supermarket in the Netherlands and Belgium.

  • Your new team

You will work in a multidisciplinary scrum team consisting of Salesforce developers, developers, QA engineers, a functional and technical administrator, and a Product Owner. Together you deliver user stories from A to Z in short sprints.

  • Who do you work with?

You coordinate with other IT teams, business stakeholders, and users. Together, you ensure solutions align with Jumbo’s business goals and support digital growth.

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you make an important contribution to Jumbo by further developing and optimizing our Salesforce platform. Our platform supports crucial business processes — from customer contact to the supply chain, and therefore we are looking for the best developers.

Are you a Salesforce professional who can write maintainable, clean, and testable code, and also contribute to team development? Then this is your opportunity to join our Jumbo development family!

Working at Jumbo means working in an international, agile-oriented environment with many technical challenges. You will work on innovative Salesforce solutions that have a direct impact on our colleagues and customers. You recognize complexity in our Salesforce landscape and encourage improvement and innovation.

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you are part of one of our scrum teams. Each team has all the skills needed to implement a user story from A to Z. A lot is happening at Jumbo: no two days are the same, we move quickly, and constantly look for ways to improve every day for our customers and colleagues. With an informal working atmosphere, room for initiative, humor, and enjoyment, you will work at Jumbo every day with a smile.
