You'll join the HR Projects & Recruitment team at our office in Veghel, working alongside two fellow recruiters. It's an energetic team with plenty of room for your ideas, initiative, and expertise. In this role, you'll collaborate with a wide variety of colleagues. You'll work closely with Tech hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and employer branding specialists to attract the best talent to Jumbo. You lead three platform teams and help engineers across Jumbo build software faster, easier, and more effectively. Great developer experience enables better software. You reduce technical friction and help development teams spend more time building valuable products. You lead one Developer Experience team and two Front End Platform teams that build and operate platforms for other development teams. You work closely with engineers, Product, Architecture, and other platform and development teams across Jumbo Tech & Data. Together, you’ll grow strong, autonomous teams that take ownership, build, run, and continuously improve their products. As our domain evolves, team structures may change to ensure every team has a clear purpose and delivers measurable business value. You’ll collaborate closely with fellow Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Architects, and the users of your software, including store colleagues and customer service teams. Together, you’ll define direction and ensure technology, customer needs, and operational realities remain aligned.
