Tech Lead

• An experienced software engineer with a strong technical foundation.
• Have at least 2 years of experience as a Tech Lead, Staff Engineer, or Software Architect.
• Experienced in providing technical direction across multiple teams.
• Strong in stakeholder management and capable of aligning diverse interests.
• A coaching leader who helps teams grow and succeed independently.
• Experienced in system design and guiding technical decision-making in complex environments.
• Skilled in collaborative modeling and facilitating workshops with multidisciplinary teams.
• A strong communicator who can explain complex topics in a clear and understandable way.
• Experience in an e-commerce environment is a plus.

Nice to have 

• Experience leading organization-wide technical transformations.
• Knowledge of modern cloud and platform architectures.
• Experience working with scalable software landscapes in complex enterprise environments.
• An affinity for agile ways of working and improving engineering excellence across teams.

• A gross salary between €6.800 - €8.700 per month (based on 40 hours).
• An annual bonus of max 10% of your annual salary, based on organizational goals.
